This digital product allows the printer to re-register the web so that he can print in 8, 12, or 16 colors instead of just 4. The Servo 3000 press upgrade will reliably result in less wasted paper on each printing job. The Servo 3000 makes an older flexo press act like new.</p>
<p> In printing labels, flexible packaging, on plastic or metal films, and on paper the Servo 3000 benefits the printer on first pass printing. The Servo 3000 is 100% digital and servo driven. Users can experience better color registration on first pass printing.</p>

The nature of a digital printing is that it does not have an extended or expensive setup cost. A digital press is very flexible and can, in fact, change text or design in mid run. For jobs that require a lot of different content on a label of the same size and shape, a digital press cannot be beaten. As in all printing the printer needs to be concerned about his profit margin. Any new equipment can be expensive and that is true of a digital press. A unique feature of buying a digital press is that the printer needs to find a finishing solution. Digital presses do not laminate, die cut, or strip their work. A printer who purchases a digital press and a stand alone finishing machine will need to find and accomplish enough profitable work to pay for both machines.
